Back Saver Groups
Back Saver Groups teach you good back care. Look after your back well and you will have fewer back problems. There is a free Welcome Pack, and I am also happy to talk to you if you have any questions.
Sedbergh groups are at the Sedbergh School Chaplaincy next to the medical centre on the road to Dent.
Kirkby Stephen groups are up the steps at the side of the Kirkby Stephen Tourist Information Centre.
